Assisting Suplest, a premium Swiss cycling shoe brand, on their digital sales strategy. Implementation of a full e-commerce strategy in line with the brand’s ambitions but also their B2B market. This included the setup and management of online advertising campaigns to increase direct sales.

As a second step, the entire website was redesigned to improve customer experience on a global scale and smooth out B2B processes. Nevis Road also provided backend training for website management and facilitated commercial relations through our extensive contacts in the cycling industry.
