Assisting Suplest, a premium Swiss cycling shoe brand, on their digital sales strategy. Implementation of a full e-commerce strategy in line with the brand’s ambitions but also their B2B market. This included the setup and management of online advertising campaigns to increase direct sales.

As a second step, the entire website was redesigned to improve customer experience on a global scale and smooth out B2B processes. Nevis Road also provided backend training for website management and facilitated commercial relations through our extensive contacts in the cycling industry.

Development of a new, stronger, more reliable eCommerce platform based on WooCommerce following the rapid growth and opportunities of the eCommerce strategy.
Nevis Road collaborated closely with in-house designers to build a new website with the aim of improving customer experience on a global scale and smoothing out B2B processes.
We also provided training for the day-to-day management of the website, translation processes and are on-hand for web support to quickly resolve any pesky update issues.
