Establishing Stacyc in Europe.
Stacyc, a pioneer in electric balance bikes for children, aimed to penetrate the European market with a strong digital presence and effective sales strategy. With no prior footprint in Europe, they required a comprehensive approach to establish brand recognition and drive eCommerce sales.
